Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives—but they can also be one of the most challenging.

You might find yourselves having the same arguments over and over, feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Or, you may be noticing patterns in your relationships—whether past or present—that leave you feeling stuck, frustrated, or hurt.

When these patterns continue, it can begin to impact how you communicate, how you connect, and how you feel within the relationship.

How therapy can help

Relationship therapy isn’t about placing blame—it’s about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and learning how to respond differently.

Whether you’re coming in as a couple or individually, we’ll work together to slow things down, improve communication, and begin shifting patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Over time, this work can help you:

  • communicate more clearly and effectively

  • better understand each other’s needs and perspectives

  • navigate conflict in a healthier way

  • feel more connected and secure in your relationships

  • Frequent arguments or communication breakdowns

  • Feeling disconnected, distant, or misunderstood

  • Difficulty resolving conflict

  • Trust concerns or lingering hurt

  • Repeating patterns in relationships

  • Feeling stuck in the same cycle

My approach to relationship therapy

I take an integrative, relational approach to therapy, focusing on both present challenges and the deeper patterns that shape how we relate to others.

I often draw from approaches such as Schema Therapy, The Gottman Method, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and attachment-based work to help you understand not just what’s happening—but why it keeps happening.

At the core of my work is creating a space where both individuals feel heard, supported, and not judged—so meaningful change can happen without feeling overwhelming.
